Return Policy

There are two types of returns: (1) Surgical Instrument Returns and (2) Non Surgical Instrument Returns.  Please follow instructions below accordingly.

Surgical Instrument Returns

Customer may only return products, for credit, if Zepf Surgical Instruments has authorized that return via issuing an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Product returns MUST be completed within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA to be eligible for full credit. If returned product is shipped after the 15 day expiration of the RMA, but the product is received in a saleable condition, Zepf Surgical Instruments reserves the right to refuse the return or charge additional restocking fees. All non-returnable products will be returned directly to the Customer, at Customer’s expense, F.O.B. Shipping Point with a letter of explanation.  All returns MUST include an RMA form with RMA# and the original invoice.  An additional 5% surcharge will be applied for returns missing the original invoice. Restocking fees apply as follows:

• No restocking fee for returns within 30 days of the Original Shipment Date
• 15% restocking fee for returns between 30 – 60 days from the Original Shipment Date
• 25% restocking fee for returns between 60 – 90 days from the Original Shipment Date

An RMA will not be issued and/or credit will not be given for the following:
• Returns over 90 days (not eligible for credit and will not be authorized or accepted)
• Products returned WITHOUT an RMA issued in the prior 15 days • Products not purchased from Zepf Surgical Instruments or its Authorized Distributors
• Single use/disposable products (FINAL SALE)
• Specially sourced instruments
• Products returned in a condition that prevents resale. Examples include, but are not limited to:
✗ Products which have been used
✗ Made to order or custom instruments (Products not included as stocked inventory)
✗ Engraved, Etched or Color-coded instruments
✗ Product not in original packaging
✗ Product has been altered/modified (cleaned, lubricated, sterilized, etc.)

Return Process (Surgical Instruments)
1. To receive an RMA# fill out the return form below
2. Email your request to Info@ZepfSurgical.com
3. A customer service representative will get back to you with your RMA# within 24 hours
4. Ship the products you wish to return, the RMA form with newly acquired RMA#, as well as the original invoice to:

Non Surgical Instrument Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; with the exception of Theragun. To return your Theragun products follow the steps in THIS LINK.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. A customer service representative will get back to you with your RMA# within 24 hours
4. Ship the products you wish to return, the RMA form with newly acquired RMA#, as well as proof of purchase to:

NOTE: Any products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@ZepfSurgical.com and send your item to: 590 Middle Road Bayport New York US 11705.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
